Bonus Day!

Loved Ones, Helen would NEVER say she hates her job.

Hello, this is Helen, putting the cuss in customer service. You have a problem? Write me a letter.

But she sure did love the realization that I don't have to go to work today! Bonus Day!

Heard on the radio on Friday that if you really want to have a popular blog you should just post cute animal pics. And you know Helen does so want to be popular.

Popular? Sigh. That's the one where people like you and you don't have to like them back, right?

So instead of solving anyone's problems today and in honor of the end of summer, I'm going to share some vacation snaps -  with a Helen twist!

Vacations are a time to howl, but you're a little pitchy, dawg.
She's not sure but from the TV show of the same name, Kitty is thinking The Jersey Shore is the world's biggest litter box. Purrrrfect Indeed.
I don't care what the 'in' crowd is doing, this bitch does it her way.

Pssst, the good catnip is over in the next garden.

"I caught one, after hours of trying to get you a fish, I finally caught one!"
"Whatever, silly human, Fluffums is now in the mood for canned liver. Fluffums will be in this tree until you produce some of that."

Wanna learn a trick? he says. All you have to do is jump, he says. Weinie dogs don't juuuuuuuuuuummmmppp!

Everything was going so well until the guy dangling string in the boat to their right dropped it.

Happy Bonus Day if you get one - if you don't.... um, don't call Helen to whine about it because she won't be there!

  1. Hello Helen:
It seems rather strange to us that Labour [or is it Labor?]Day is a day when absolutely nothing resembling labour or work in general takes place. of course, for many, not including your dear self who we are very conscious works herself into the ground 365 days per year for the good of everyone else, every day is a holiday [or is it a vacation?]and that does include yours truly writing here!!!!!!

There is a nip perhaps a catnip] in the air which tells us that Autumn [or is it Fall?] is on the way.Yippee...bring out the hot chocolate and cast the swimming suits aside!!!

Hoping that your day of leisure is a happy one!

    1. I am with you in preferring hot chocolate to swimsuits! Actually Labor Day means laboring around the house here - we took up some nasty old carpeting and are laying tile. And yet, preferable to customer service. Maybe I am working in the wrong part of the business?
