Happy Pink Saturday!

Pink Saturday has become front porch Saturday

Yes, I still have pumpkins on my steps. The darn things last so long that I am beginning to think they need to become a Christmas tradition - Chris-squash anybody?

and while Helen contemplates two common holiday problems (December birthdays and how to feed everyone when everyone wants different feed!) she decided to share some Christmas cheer

She's putting rum in the snow ice cream again, Fido!
Beginning with these sweet angels who showed up on my doorstep courtesy of my cousin Patje!

I think the blue one is supposed to be her and the pink one is me - because the pink one has the tiniest chink in her crown and I know my cousin's crown is flawless!
More decor as time permits! The inside is done. Stringing up lights this weekend if I can find a pulse on Hubby Hartman after hours of watching football!

  1. My hubby doesn't watch too much football, but he just got a new phone...I will never get more than a grunt from him from this day forward! Yeah, my crown would be the flawless one...my sisters' crowns are all chippy and not in a good way...lol! =D

    1. Thanks - our brick is brown our fence is brown, the trim is tan. We have always had a red door but when it came time to change I wanted a charge of color that wouldn't go with all that brown!

  6. My pumpkins and gourds are still hanging in there too. I think it's about time for them to take a vacation in the garden.

    Happy weekend! :)

  12. Oh, I have totally been there! The only reason I don't have pumpkins still out on my porch is because I never even bought any for Halloween!

I LOVE you door... I know I've told you before, but it's da shizzle!

  14. I delegated my pumpkin to the side yard yesterday, hoping the squirrels will tear it apart. You might try Santa hats and smiley faces after you spray paint yours!

Snow ice cream!! Haven't had that since I was a kid. Will have to google the concoction ingredients!
