A little like Erma Bombeck, a little Dear Abby, a whole lot of fun as Helen Hartman holds nothing back giving timeless advice with vintage attitude and a sip from her sweet thermos o' gin.
Love the cardinals and the cookies! I hope nobody was hurt in the accident.
We're ok. The car is totalled so out shopping for new car today. Found out local dealers are now selling restored vintage cars! (won't get one but how cool is that!)
Glad you're okay, and glad to see you back!Y'know, the Great Scot and I are talking about a trip to Louisville in the not-to-distant future... =D
I think everyone should come to Louisville at least once in their lifetime. It's a great little city!
Oh Helen, I'm truly sorry that you were in an accident. What a frightening, horrible thing to experience. I saw your comment above and am truly glad that no one was injured. Best of luck with the new vehicle front. I would be very, very tempted by the refurbished vintage beauties, though do fully realize that they don't always make for the most practical day-to-day car for the 21st century.Sending tons of hugs your way, as well as the hope that you're never involved with another car crash again.♥ Jessica
thanks, I was fine until the weather got bad again, now a bit skiddish about driving.
And all this time I pictured you living down south where there is no snow. Is it because you seem to have a southern diva attitude? Well, we are glad to hear that you are not loosing your sense of humor. Oooh, maybe you could get a chauffeur. A sexy chauffeur.
I almost missed that bashed car! Hope all's well with you Helen.
